The challenge
Lauren's business had outgrown Kartra. Her classes, students and referral income all lived there, and moving platforms meant moving all three without anyone noticing the switch.
What I did
I rebuilt the forms first so new leads never got stranded, then mirrored every Kartra list as a GoHighLevel smart list holding the exact same contacts. Finally, I built affiliate campaigns so every student gets a referral link for every class, at 10% per referral.
The result
Everything moved across in under a month: forms, lists, campaigns and the contacts behind them, now running in one place in GoHighLevel, with no lead lost and no interruption to classes.
