For businesses moving off Kartra, Kajabi or a patchwork of tools, or setting up GoHighLevel for the first time. I audit what you have, map what we keep, fix and rebuild, then build in your accounts, test every path and hand over documentation and a walkthrough. Most clients move onto the retainer once it's live.

What does a retainer actually cost?

Retainers start at $3,500/month for a defined scope. Projects start at $2,500. If that's outside budget right now, the Build & Migration project is the better first step.

What kind of business is this for?

Coaches, course creators and membership businesses with an audience and an offer, on GoHighLevel, Kajabi or Kartra. If you're pre-launch with no list yet, I'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere better.

Can you take over a system someone else built?

Yes. I start by auditing what's there, keep what works and fix what doesn't, so nothing breaks while we improve it.

What hours do you cover?

I'm based in the Philippines and work UK mornings and US evenings, so your inbox and pipeline keep moving while you sleep.

Which tools do you work in?

GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Kartra, Zapier and Manychat, with Squarespace and WordPress for the pages around them.
